About Carlisle Student Properties

Carlisle Student Properties is owned and managed by myself, Jane Morton. With 19 years experience in renting properties to students in Carlisle, I specialise in providing high quality fully furnished 2/3 bedroomed houses in the Fusehill campus area.

As a member of the National Residential Landlord Association Accreditation scheme, I take my responsibilities as a student landlord seriously. All houses are fitted with wired fire alarms and carbon monoxide detectors which are serviced annually. Fire equipment provided is also serviced annually. All electrical equipment provided is PAT tested. Gas safety certificates, electrical installation certificates, EPC’s are all provided to tenants.
